We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payment is processed directly by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. DartCraft only receives confirmation that payment was successful.

- To confirm your order and send you a confirmation email
- To ship your order to the address you provide
- To send a shipping notification when your order is dispatched
- To contact you if there is an issue with your order
We do not use your information for marketing purposes, and we will not send you unsolicited emails beyond those directly related to your order.
3. Third-party services
DartCraft uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Stripe — processes payments securely. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never seen or stored by DartCraft. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data collected by Stripe.
- Resend — sends transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping notification). Your name and email address are passed to Resend for this purpose only.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.
4. Data storage and security
Order information is stored on our server for the purpose of order management and fulfilment. We take reasonable steps to protect this information from unauthorised access. Payment data is never stored on our servers.
DartCraft does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. The website does not use analytics or third-party tracking scripts.
5. Data retention
We retain order records for a reasonable period for the purposes of customer service, warranty, and legal compliance. If you would like your data removed, please contact us and we will action your request where it is reasonable to do so.
6. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal obligations)
