Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase through this website you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Products

DartCraft sells AutoDarts-compatible hardware kits including printed camera rings, LED lighting, cameras, and complete systems. All products are described on the product pages and order confirmation.

• Products are DIY hardware kits. Self-installation is required.
• A dartboard is not included unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
• DartCraft is not affiliated with AutoDarts or its parent company unless specifically stated. AutoDarts software and subscription are separate third-party products.
• DartCraft does not control AutoDarts software, servers, accounts, updates, subscriptions, or community services. Changes to third-party software may affect setup, features, or compatibility.
• DartCraft kits are designed for standard dartboard setups. Some dartboard areas, cabinets, surrounds, wall materials, or mounting layouts may require adjustment. Customers are responsible for checking suitability before installation.
• Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor variations may occur.

2. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through this website and payment is processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of order. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email.

• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• DartCraft reserves the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable after payment. A full refund will be issued in this case.
• Promotional codes are applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.

3. Shipping

DartCraft ships within Australia only. Orders are dispatched once payment is received and stock is available. A shipping notification will be sent when your order is on its way.

• Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• DartCraft is not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.
• Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the courier. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact DartCraft and we will work with the courier to help resolve the issue.

4. Installation and use

All DartCraft kits require DIY installation. By purchasing you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for correctly installing and mounting the hardware.
• DartCraft is not liable for damage to property or equipment arising from installation or use.
• Setup guidance is provided where possible but does not constitute a warranty of outcome.
• The full system is pre-configured for AutoDarts but still requires mounting, connection to a monitor (not included), and final calibration before use.

5. Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of the products (custom hardware kits built to order), DartCraft does not accept change-of-mind returns. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work to resolve the issue.

• Faulty products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at DartCraft's discretion.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DartCraft's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. DartCraft is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

7. Changes to these terms

DartCraft may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
